Military room discount question

Can somone help me with eligibilty on a military discounted room. My brother has a TDRL military ID and a purple heart. Would either of these work for a discounted room? Thanks

He should be able to use the discount. If he has Commissary, Exchange, MWR priviledges, then he would be elig.

You need to check, because there are some blackout dates over Christmas.

Yes, I think the blackout starts on Dec 23 thru Jan 2 or somethIng like that.
