If I buy a 3 day Disneyland pass on the military special for $99.99 for 4 family members and myself. I plan on going on going the first and 3 day by not the second day. Will my family have a problem getting in the second day with out me?

No. They will not have any problem. You are only required to by physically present (with proper ID) when the tickets are activated (or purchased at) a Park Ticket Window. Once they are activated each person may go their separate way.
