Military offer

We are going to be at WDW for 8 days in April, and this time we want to visit IOA. I know they are also offering a military appreciation deal, but I am not crystal clear on their details. Anybody out there with this info? Also, any suggestions on transportation from WDW to IOA (7 people). Thanks in advance for any help.
