Were you able to contact SOG when you called them? If not, you might want to send them another email. I usually get a response back from them in 1-2 days (3 days over a weekend is the longest I have ever had to wait for a response).

It took me about 1 1/2 hrs. but I did finally get through to a real person. I have called there before and that was the longest wait I ever had. Usually the wait was only about 20 minutes. I did get my questions answered.

PS... when I get to my resort (Im staying at Best Western Lake Buena Vista) how do I get to the contempory from my hotel? I have to go there to get my theme park passes. Will the bus from BW LBV take me directly to the contemp or do i have to switch somewhere and then take the monorail?
