Can you get a military discount if you're not considered but honorably discharged with a DD 214?

No. The current Disney Armed Forces salute is for active duty or retired only, along with 100% disabled veterans.

I just looked into this. If you have a DD214 (honorable discharge) during the months of Jan and Sept you can buy discounted tickets at shades of green. These do not include the military promotional tickets, just the magic your way ticket. You can also stay at shades of green in jan. and sept.
