Military discount on suites at GCH?

We are looking at trying to stay in a 2 bedroom suite at GCH in May 2016. We have used the military discount at AKL at WDW in the past but last year I booked GCH too late for the discount. I'm wondering if the suites are excluded from the military discount? On the DLR website, it says it applies to standard rooms but doesn't list any suite exclusions like the one from the WDW hotels does. Has anyone booked a suite at GCH with a military discount in the past? I think the 2016 discounts for military have not yet been released? Thank you for any help!

A friend who uses the military discount has said the suites are excluded. Only Standard rooms are included.

We have used the military discount on several trips to Disneyland in recent years. We have not been able to obtain a suite with the discount, we have been able to obtain any type of room at the military discount. We will be staying at PPH club level in Oct of this year on that discount. The current discount expires in Dec of this year and a new extension of that program has not yet been announced. The discount rate varies depending upon which hotel you choose, either 30% at PPH 35% at DLH or 40% at GCH. The best information I have found for the discount information is from the following link:
