We booked the following.....

All-Star Music (Family Suites)
Dec-16th-22nd
2 Adults, 4 children
Dining Plan added

$2006.40

I had to ask twice, to make sure I heard her right. We have never stayed at a value, but for that price, I'm sure we will make due. :cool1:

POFQ May 7 days, 2 adults, DDP, $1186

ooooopppppsssss that's $1,378

ADD No tickets - add one when we get there for $124 (mine free)

We booked the POFQ this morning.
This resort is new to us. I'm hoping I made the right choice.
My quotes this morning were for 6 nights in June, 2 adults and 1 Child, with the basic dining plan.

FQ $1305.00
Poly $2230.00
WL $2048.00 - Courtyard
AKL - $1724.00

I keep wondering if I should pick the AKL over the FQ. We love the CSR but it wasn't available.

It'll be a road trip so the extra $400 could go for lodging elsewhere. We have stayed at several places on property and become a little spoiled - so which would you pick for the $$$$?
TIA

I booked a couple days ago. We cancelled our SOG ressie to take advantage of this deal! We're staying at AKL before our cruise, and the Polynesian after.

AKL Savannah View - $216/night (late April) for 6 nights and a savings of $972!
Polynesian Theme Park View - $339/night (begining of May) for 2 nights and a savings of $508!!

The AKL ressie has a Friday involved and the Polynesian has a Saturday, and they are both included in the discount!:goodvibes

Oct. 27 - Nov 1st ASMU
$406 for 2 adults 2 children
It was $575 for POFQ (we are thinking of switching but this is the second trip we will be doing this year so we aren't sure what to do.

No dining plan added yet but it would add about $475 to add it. (we probably will)

POFQ for 7 nights in Sept with QS dinning for 2 adults and 2 kids
1254.38

I am hoping we enjoy the resort after staying at so many deluxe.....

We have stayed at the Poly, and in my opinion, it was a little over rated, for the price. It was beautiful though, and the Monorail was nice. We have also stayed in POR and had no issues, with the exception of our room being as far away as possible from the main hub. This last time, we stayed at OKW. We loved the laid back atmosphere and the bus service was phenomenal.

If I had a chance, I would pick AKL. It is too good of a deal to pass up!

I am trying to help out a military friend. I am guessing these prices are not including tickets and then you are doing the $99 tickets? So are there tickets in your totals or no tickets?

In my case, no the tickets are not included in my price. We plan on purchasing the $99 tickets, before leave.

Thank you that is what I thought. That is a great deal and I am so excited for you. I think it is wonderful that they have offered such a great price break to military families this year. My friends husband just left for Ukraine today and and will leave for Afganistan in 12 weeks. She is thinking of taking the kids sometime while he is gone for the year. It appears as though she can still purchase the $99 tickets with her ID, just not get the free one since it would be her DH's.

I booked Beach Club standard view 8 nights for two adults and one child with dinning plan for 2674.01 Late July

I've stayed at BC before for almost $450/night. I must have been insane. Your deal is great though

We have a son and a daughter in the Navy. Our sons' ship comes in sometime in March or April. The Daughter is in port for a while so we were thinking "wouldn't it be great to do Disney when we are all back together" Then this deal pops up. Almost a no brainer. While we will be camping; if we can get a site when they can co-ordinate leaves, the ticket deal is unbelievable, and the clincher. Good luck to all our service people and their families. Maybe we will run in to some of you this summer. Any good ideas on how to recognize each other? Besides the haircuts.:rotfl2:

Did this price include tickets into the park??

I am just wondering what the details are on this deal? are they posted somewhere? Does anyone know if it applies to Canadians?

I called this morning and they changed my reservation to reflect the price difference--2 nights at AKL in a pool view bunk bed for $438. Original price for those two nights was $765. My parents and my sister's family were able to book pool view rooms for 2 nights for a total of $405 each. They did remind me that we would need to show our military ID at check in.

We only booked rooms and will get our tickets when we arrive.
