i love her songs and her show but her as a person, i cannot STAND.

Sure, it's not impossible for her to be a bad person, but would you honestly know that? Have you met her? I haven't.. so I have no judgment as to whether or not she's a horrible person.

I don't understand how so many people can "hate" someone they haven't even met.

I guess she just became too popular.
Well, we all kinda knew that this would happen eventually. Seems like many mega famous people eventually have their downfall..... just look at britney spears! And now that she is so huge, the camera's are following her every move, which could cause a lot of stories, true and untrue.
Idk, just my theories......
But I don't think she should be doing talk shows, she should just slow down, stop doing so much. The world is gonna get bored of her if she does too many things. Plus, she'll tire herself out.
