I actually had to call them to have them help me figure out how to redeem. But, like I mentioned the prize that I wanted is no longer there. That stinks and also you can't combine gift certificates. Having said all of that - the points add up really fast now that some of the clicks have doubled. So, therefore I'll keep clicking away. Make sure that when you are ready to cash out there are a couple of prizes that you would like incase one disappears. I will do this from now on. Happy clicking.....

I attempted to redeem 3500 Milesource points for a $25 gift certificate to use at the Marriott. They sent me an email asking me to call a toll-free number to redeem my certificate. However, I accidently deleted the email and now don't know where to call. I attempted to contact their coustomer service but it wouldn't accept an email without an account/membership number. I never was assigned any such number. Does anyone know the toll-free number to call Milesource? After all that clicking, I want my award!
