Milesource problems

I am having trouble wit hmilesource, it takes me up to 10 times of refreshing, reloading, back up etc, to get them to credit that my miles are awarded. This is really frustrating and time consuming, does anyone have a solution???

I changed servers since i jopined, but it still shouldn't be like this.

You might try this: Look for the post "A funny thing happened when cleaning out old files" or something like that..........do what they recommend. You may have already done it, but if not this could do the trick.

I have been having big problems with milesource and have stopped even trying. It sounds the same as you. I clear my internet folders, online and offline before and after I do my rewards programs also delete all the cookies but it does not help. there is another post about this called "Beware of Milesource"- you aren't alone!

I used IE with them and finally had to start using Netscape (I hate netscape), but it works fine now. I had the same problems as you, and I wrote Milesource, never heard anything back though.
