Milesource missing miles

Today I logged into Milesource and saw that my account balance had miles deducted. I haven't cashed out and it was a low amount, but when I went to the account details page I saw where they had deducted miles from my referrals. I don't understand it. I wrote to them to ask what was going on but I haven't had any answer yet. Anyone else have this happen?

I am becoming very frustrated with milesource. It's a lot of work for little reward.

I got an email back from them saying they were aware of the problem, so everyone check your accounts!

Same here. I'm missing 125 miles! I had to e-mail them twice before they answered that they knew about the problem and it would take 2-3 days to fix it. I'm not sure I trust them to give me back all my points.
