Milesource mess

I cashed out my 11,000 points back in Sept. for a milesource certificate--so I could cash out for a $25 gift card. Finally on November 12th I rec'd the email withthe cert #. Yesterday I got home and the envelope arrived--oh boy that was pretty quick--envelope is empty with an invoice that states it contains a $25.00 GC. I sent an e-mail to milesource, but doubt that I will see anything. I guess I am a bit disappointed since they doubled the points needed to cash out just as I was first ready to cash out and now this. Hopefully it can be fixed, but I am doubtful!

Hope you have a good ending to your GC. I, too, am disappointed with milesource. I continue to click, as it is fairly easy, but...the rewards are poor.

Just to let anyone know - I cashed out for the very small $5 McDonald's gift certificates and although it took forever to get the email and then eventually the gift certificates - I did receive them! But I am no longer participating on their site - too much trouble for too little reward!!

Giftcard was in my mailbox today! I am plesantly surprised. I will continue to do the click through and trivia as well as shop when Land's End is not available on MYpoints. I'm happy that they followed through and that I rec'd my gift card.

I'm so glad there was a happy ending to your story. I stopped with milesource over a year ago. I received my email and cashed out for a $5 McDonalds GC which never came. I had decided to stop doing them before I actually cashed out because that was around the time they doubled their pts for cash out. After many emails I finally gave up. I never called them but it was only for a $5 GC. I finally sent them a very naughty email claiming I would never use their site again and definitely give them all the bad mouthing I could on every board I knew. But for you, you were lucky! Yeah!
