Milesource--cashing out ?

I don't guess I understand how to cash out. I tried to cash out for a Milesource 2200 Awardmile Redemption Certificate, but when I select "continue" from the order page I go back to the home page and find that no awardmiles have been deducted from my balance. (I have a balance of 2319, so I have enough miles for this award.) I see where it says that it takes 4-6 weeks to process, but do they not even deduct the awardmiles from your total until the "process" has been completed?

I'm confused...

I had the same problem and ended up having Milesource do the cashout for me.

Go to the Help tab at the top of the page and click on "Contact Member Services". In the popup, type in your username & password. On the next page, type in a description of your problem and send the Help request. You will get an autoresponse in your email that they have received your request and you will have an email from a real person within 48 hours.
