Hi all,
Does anyone know if they change/update the midship detective missions?

You have a choice of three different missions to play, stolen puppies, stolen art work use the same suspect sheet and the muppet caper on the Fantasy. I have heard you can use the same card over and the culprit changes, but I have never tried it. As far I as I can remember, they have not created a new mission other than the three listed.

Are the missions the same on both the Fantasy and Dream?

I have done the one on the fantasy a number of times since the day she was launched. The missions are the same. As someone else mentioned, the ending is random - there are a number of possible endings. So it does change somewhat, but they have not added to it or changed it at all.

I do not recall if I did the one on the dream or not. I think I didn't as I don't usually have as much alone time on the dream.

No, they are different ship to ship.

and just to confirm - it is correct that on the Fantasy there are three different missions, and each time you play them the culprit is (or, I guess, can be) different. I've never done it myself, but my son and husband have done each mission multiple times every trip. But they don't change beyond that

Nope, the Magic and Wonder don't have Midship Detective Agency, nor anything similar

I have done the midship detective agency on both the Dream and Fantasy and they are the same... artwork, puppies & muppets. As someone mentioned above the outcome can change but they are the same cases.

You do learn a LOT about the ship!!
They are still fun enough to do them multiple times on a single cruise (or over multiple cruises, as we have done in the past!)
