What are the best rides or shows to do in each park in the middle of the day when the park is most crowded??? Thanks for any info!

POTC, IASW, HM are a few we like to do when it's like that. Remember to use the fastpass system though. There are a lot of rides with long lines that you can get on without much wait when you get the fastpasses.

What I love doing is first thing in the morning I go to a ride or 2 and grab fast passes for later. Then go on a major ride as it is still early and peak crowds have yet to hit. Then after a few hours go to the rides I have fast passes for get a couple more go on the ride with my original first pass and enjoy passing the longer ride lines.

As for anything else I would suggest taking in during peak times... Aladdin if it's playing, pirates, Its tough to be a bug 3D show, animation studio, muppets 3D, haunted mansion, most dark rides, r just relax and people watch.

Tom Sawyer Island is good as well if you have kids since you can find a bench and let them run free for a while.

-PotC
-HM
-Jungle Cruise
-Pinocchio
-Snow White
-Pirate's Lair
-Pooh
-Any show type attractions (Honey I shrunk the Audience, Tiki, etc.)

And at any time of day, DCA is always less crowded than DL.

Hop on the train and stay on. In the 90's, I once went around 1 and a half times just so I could say I did. And now I've said it. :)

Hang out in central plaza, check out the information board to see how long the lines are that your not in. :goodvibes

I agree. Early morning is a good time to hoard fastpasses since you usually don't have to wait long to get the next set of passes. We would get a set of passes, go on a ride or two, get another set of passes, and repeat. We'd then use the passes in the afternoon when the park is crowded. Keep in mind that you can use your passes after they "expire".

During the middle of the day, I like to ride the Disneyland Railroad around the park, Mark Twain Riverboat, It's a Small World, or The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
