Mid-Week not available.

Trying to figure out why during the owners window there will be a day in the middle of the week booked and the rest is available. Maybe it's best to book the week and waitlist the 1 unavailable day.
Wondering if anyone has run into this?

My speculation:
- There’s a special event (May 4, July 1, a race, etc.) or anticipated Moonlight Magic
- Disney took rooms out of inventory for maintenance that day (unlikely)
- People are walking reservations (usually if that day is today’s date)

I saw this for March 15 & March 16, 2023, seems like those dates are gone for certain resorts but not sure why.

No, I don't remember any type of events.

As noted, possibilities include special events or walking a ressie. There is also just usual randomness -- what may be happening, particularly if this is for a 7-month out reservation, is that the full middle-of-the-week day is just the first one to go full while the other days around it are also very close to being full. That one day just has more check-ins than check-outs, while the nearby days still have more check-outs than check-ins leaving them still shown as open.
