So, i arrived on Monday, and took my time to get to Jiko. This was a completely out of the box moment for me, as dining solo is something i'm not really comfortable with. Well let me tell you, not only was the food excellent, but I sat at the cooking place and was warmly greeted by the chefs as well as two ladies next to me who were also solo. it was perfect.
The next day, I did Epcot at rope drop, and within 2 hours I had accomplished Space Ship Earth, Test Track twice, and Mission Space twice, and met Minnie and Mickey. I was bummed that Soarin was closed, but made my way around Future World and then hit the countries. I at at Via Nappoli. Holy Yummmmm. The Calamari melted in my mouth. It was really good. then my cast member friend met me around 5pm for dinner in Germany and Illuminations. I lasted 12 hours. I was impressed.
The next day we hit Disney Springs and in a moment of complete panic that no one should ever endure while traveling solo. I thought I lost my wallet. a few minutes of panic and I realized I haven't carried it for days and I just have been holding my license room key and credit card in a small part of my purse. What a relief.
Today I'm meeting a different friend for a non park day, any going shopping with her at the Premium Outlets. I'm seeing La Nouba later and again meeting my CM friend for drinks and dinner after the show.
Tomorrow I'm going to try to hit three parks. AK at rope drop to ride the safari and then head to Everest to ride the single rider line. then I have fast passes for Rock and Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror. Ill hit the movie ride too. Grab some lunch and then spend the rest of the day at MK. Friend will meet me after work.
