We rented thru Alamao this past May. Booked the midsize SUV. When we got to the lot, the only thing available was the Saturn Vue. We could have waited around for something different, but it suited us just fineHappyLawyer said:i'm curious to all those who have booked a mid size suv, alamo says similar to a chevy equinox, i wondered what types of suv's had you gotten.

I had one reserved w/alamo for $260. sept. 3 to sept 12th I was really happy about my rate but when I saw the inside of that equnoix I got scared, I have 3 adults and 2 kids so thats alot of bags!!! Noway are they fitting in there! I got a rate of $267. for a mini van from thrifty(not excited about having to take the shuttle but I couldn't get a better rate anywhere else) Not that I wont keep trying
