in the past what have the BB Offers been? Room only discount or free dining? Also does it usually exclude Jersey Week??

Everything excludes Jersey Week.

It's interesting because when I googled it a post came up from last year that BB had blacked out dates but some kind of discount was released Year prior.

October and November are a no go to this point for BB or any other offer. There is also a strong rumor they won't be apart of Free Dinning. They may get a room only discount but the availability will be scarce.
