Do you find its best to let your children take a mid day nap? DD is 6years old and does not take naps anymore. Just wondering what you guys did with your little ones?

Little ones? i am 40 and do this ..
DO the morning head back to resort for lunch, eat, and have a few hours rest during the hottest period, then head back to the parks around 6 for dinner!
(my kids are 12 and 14 -- they just hang at the pool if they don't want to nap)
