Mid-day hopping: when do park-to-park buses start running?

I keep forgetting that you can't get into your nonreserved park until 2 pm. If we are hopping from one park to another, can you grab a bus a little early to try to get in right at 2? I know that on one day, for example, we have a DHS reservation for the morning and plan to hop to AK for afternoon rides and a dinner reservation at Yak & Yeti. Would planning to head toward the buses at HS for AK around 1/115 make sense? We want to allow time to wait for the bus (or maybe a few rounds of buses), getting there and then waiting to get in at hopping time.

We hopped from the Studios to AK in April, got to the bus stop about 1:20 and the bus pulled up at 1:30.

Excellent - thanks!! AK just seems to close so early so I want to maximize the time.

FYI, I think they actually start letting hoppers into the park about 1:45. I've gotten in to Epcot around 1:50. The bus probably left MK around 1:40, but it may not have been the first one.

I wish they would push the time back...or eliminate it! Although I suppose eliminating it would disrupt the purpose of park reservations entirely.

Yes, I had the same though. Although they could make it so that only guests who swiped in before noon (or whatever cutoff) are able to get a BG through the app. I miss old park hopping!
