mid Aug fireworks...daily or weekends only?

Trying to plan our Aug trip. Between the 15th and 20th, we'll have one non-park day and I am currently planning that to be the Friday, but if fireworks are only on weekends, I will change it to Thurs. I know some US schools start up again in Aug, so I'm wondering if anyone knows whether they have still run daily fireworks over those dates in the past? TIA.
