Mid april busy or not?

Anybody have an idea if mid to end of april 2005 heavy attendance.

several previous thread similiar to this as seems like many from the northeast have breaks ranging from 2nd to last week in April and then the May celebration begins..Easter is early so crowds shouold be no where near Easter crowds but we are preparing for some people but not crazy....

My family (15 of us) was there in April 03 from the 15th to the 22nd. It was very crowded. That was 2 years ago though...

The consensus I got from other threads was that the breaks were all over by the last week in April. I hope thats true, cause that's when I'll be there.

4/18-22 seems to be spring break for upstate NY, Mass, Ct, VT
4/25-29 is downstate ny, NYC, Jersey....

and it was never the HS crowds that affected attendance but the college break crowds and even that wasn't very bad at all. Certainly nothing like going around a major holiday. I would rate it VERY doable. We made use of fast pass on headline attractions, but most other stuff was walk on easy. You'll have a great trip.

Ugh. Being a Bostonian, you might be able to understand how disapointing it is for me to hear that.

We're going down the last week of April, hoping to miss most of the Spring Break crowds. So far, I haven't had any difficulty getting PS's at the restaurants I've requested. I'm hoping that's a good sign.

We are going April 16th-20th and have had no prob with ressies or ps yet. I called 3 days after the 90 day window for Cinderellas Castle breakfast and had a choice of 2 time slots. And when I called for a Fl res/Ap rate for Contemporary I was quoted for rooms available in Standard wing, garden wing AND tower. May not be too horrible. We've never been in April before because Easter is usually in April and our season passes are blacked out but not this year since Easter is early.
