Specifically, do the 1- bedroom suites have microwaves? I haven't seen them mentioned, but in some of the room photos it looks like they may have them in the living room. Is this right?

No, none there. I think you are seeing the safe.

In the DLH they have a room that has a microwave you can use. At GCH, you can use the one is Whitewater snacks. Not sure about PPH.

Pph has a microwave in the lobby you can use. Not the most convenient but at least it's there. It's near the little coffee shop area.

We were in room #522 @ PPH in 2012 but not sure if it was labeled a mini suite
and there WAS a microwave in the living room side (L Shape pull out couch with small table). ::yes::

We were upgraded to a family suite on the 15th floor last month (1 bedroom suite) and there was a microwave in the room.

Okay, that's good news!

I'm really trying to decide if it's worth it to stay onsite. We need 2 bathrooms for sure (3 daughters) and have a parlor suite booked at DI&S, but I would love to be able to stay where we could see the parks outside our window, especially WoC.

I'm rationalizing that we could save money by getting breakfast food the night before, keep it in the fridge and microwave it in the morning instead of eating at some sit-down place. I see the suites do have tables and chairs.

This one of the things I simply do NOT get. You pay at least $280/night and as much as $380/night, and there's no microwave? When we were there, we had to warm up our babies milk by placing it in the ice bucket which we filled with hot tap water. And forget popcorn or heating up leftovers from Rainforest Cafe. Spend a lot less on Harbor and you get microwaves and all the other extras. I guess the Disney Bubble doesn't include instant oatmeal.
