Microwaves at CSR?

I know that this question has been answered before, but does anyone know if microwaves are provided at CSR or do you have to request them?

CSR has a microwave in the Pepper Market for guests to use and you can requests on for your room but they are limited in quantity and are only available on a first come, first serve basis at check in.
