Is there a microwave in Caribbean Beach or Port Orleans Alligator Bayou? If not, are you able to rent a microwave?

There are not microwaves in the rooms at Port Orleans Riverside. I do not know about renting them. There is at least one microwave isn’t rh food court for guests’ use.

Not in the rooms, but at POR there is a microwave you can use in the food court. Most likely Caribbean Beach has one in their quick service food court too, unless that is affected by the construction. I don't know if you can request one for your room or not.

Usually cooking isn't permitted in rooms that do not have kitchens.

Yes-Centertown Buffet had a microwave and a toaster.
