Does anyone else use this program?
I have used it for a few years (~2 minutes per day for ~$5/two months, so not a high priority).
A week or so ago I noticed that my points balance was not changing although my “streak” keeps building. I’ve tried emailing their support, but it won’t even let me submit a support request.
Anyone else experience issues? This is my first issue ever.

I use this and have not had this issue. I feel like I earn about $5 per month though. Are you doing both the mobile search, and the desktop search? As well as the daily streak items?

I really just do the daily set and anything that is below that. I’m fine with what I get from it.... when it works....
(it very well could be closer to $5/month. This isn’t one I track all that closely)

Gotcha. The two searches net 250 points per day. So even if I don’t do the daily set or get bonuses, that would bring $5 every 20 days. With the daily set and bonuses, I’m likely closer to $5 twice a month, now that I break it down. I like it as a quick earner of Amazon gift cards. Currently I’m applying those to items I’ve started buying for DD to prep for college next fall.

I've had this issue. Somehow the "accumulate" points part had gotten turned off. Took several months for me to figure out how to fix it. I just took a quick look and I can't figure out how I fixed it. Hopefully someone else can help.

So I figured out my issue with not accumulating points - apparently when I donated points earlier this month, it turned on giving, so all my points were being donated. Oops.....but at least they weren't wasted.

After I got my giving turned off, my points were all normal - not 1 point for searches.

mine is still at 5 points per search. Did you happen to drop a level? Mine shows I’m level 2, not sure if that makes any difference or not?

thanks, I checked that. Says I am level 2. I have been doing the maximum number of searches every day for years. Have not redeemed a reward since last month. odd...... no changes I can see to my account.
