Microsoft Outlook question...

Hi. Quick question: if anyone can help me...

Can you save your calendar in Outlook? I know I can print them off, but I am constantly adding to it (for my business) and am suddenly afraid of losing all the information I have in it for the next 18 months!

If I had to print it off, I would waste too much paper as I'm constantly adding things to the calendar.

Any advice?

You could save your Outlook data files to a CD or other external media.

You can also set it to archive which is essentially a backup and you can set how often it archives so it will do it automatically.
