I don't know if you guys have heard of this yet, but Innoventions is supposedly opening up a dream home with Microsoft in May.

this will be a 2 for 1 for me. i'm going in nov and if plans go correct will start school in jan in a limited enegry program. figure a home like that will have alot of concepts to minimize the impact we have on the earth
