OMG, Cambellzsoup, you guys are totally adorable!

What was the temperature during the parties you went to? Were you comfortable (temperature wise) with what you were wearing?

59 degrees the first night which was a bit chilly, but not too cold. The second night was 63 degrees, which again was not too bad for me. I would recommend thought that you take a sweater, or hoodie as most people seemed to be a bit chilly. Please take a jacket as I don't want to see you cold as I'm more comfortable with chilly weather!

CampbellzSoup, where was that photo with the giant ornament taken? Gorgeous shot!!

This is right as you're walking up to the castle from main street the branch off that leads to adventure land...it's right there on the left hand side, and pretty well hidden, most people didn't see it!

I love that, its so cute! Definitely will have to stop there. Your pictures are great, glad you had so much fun and thanks for sharing all the details and pictures! :santa:

We were there 11/21. Got in line for Cindy / Rapunzel at 6:30. Didn't get out until 8.

What?! :scared1: Omg that's way longer than I can wait with my 23mo. Wow, I didn't think the line would get that long, that early. I really want to meet Flynn, but we might have to skip them...

OMG CampbellzSoup, I got chills looking at those photos. It made me a million times more excited for my trip! I just want to be there already. Even though I only have a 3 day week at work this week, I feel like it's NEVER going to end! The first thing I thought of this morning was that when I wake up this time next week, I will be in Disney! :dance3:

Stephanie please please let us know how your trip goes I would love to hear it when you come home!

CampbellzSoup, thanks for sharing your plans, tips, and photos! You two looked absolutely awesome and I think I'm going to use your parade spot with DS. If I want a front row spot, how far in advance to you recommend we get there? You also made me want to get Hawaiian shirts for our 'Ohana breakfast!

I've never watched a parade with a child. How do strollers work? Do I need to park my stroller somewhere and walk to the route? If strollers are allowed, do you recommend I keep it or park it somewhere? DS is 2.

We leave at the end of this week!!!! Words cannot express how excited we are.

WOT? When did they allow the line to start forming? We've done this M&G several times in the past, and we were always through by 7:15 at the very latest, and that's when they allowed the line to form prior to 6:30. Last year (at least at MNSSHP) they wouldn't even let the line start forming until 6:35ish.

They closed the regular M&G at 6:30, and some people must have just stayed.
The line for Snow and Aurora was at least an hour. We opted not to stay. We checked Merida twice and both times the line was closed due to a show or something. After that we gave up on characters. Caught the shows - crowded together in front of the castle so tightly there was no escaping, enjoyed the minimal crowd at the Stitch show, caught a few rides, and left. Unless they reduce the number of tix available per night, we won't be returning.

You should be extremely excited!!!

Since you have youngins why not line up maybe 25 mins in advance so you can situate yor stroller situation most people I saw had them right on the curb as well not in the streets of course.

Please get Hawainn shirts everyone in Ohana loved it I think we were the. Only people dressed up...I thought it was a Hawainn breakfast! They were in Sears and were on sale so it was a nice treat to really get into things your family and photos will be that much better when your themed out!

Enjoy have fun and get in the Christmas spirit!

Thank you so much! Do you know if they sell Hawaiian shirts at WDW anywhere? If I get a Hawaiian shirt I'll probably only wear it if it has Mickey heads on it or something. :rotfl:

If you look closely at my Hawiann shirt that's actually the one Mickey wears on promotional materials! Rememeber everything in Disney is "magically" more expensive lol so pick them up at either JC Penny or Sears.

Also they don't give out Lais anymore you gotta ask.

Good tips! Thanks!

Both! Every photo we took was photopass, but we used out camera as well!

Can anyone tell me when and where Merrida meets during the day? Would sometime between 4-6 be better or worse than during the party? (We are only going to the party this trip, no other park days) She is the only character my teenager "must" meet.

There are plenty of characters my kids would like to see, but they have all indicated that they would rather do the rides and just enjoy the atmosphere of the party than wait in long lines for characters.

CampbellzSoup- You guys look great and it's reassuring to read here and in your other thread how awesome the party was. We are just going for the weekend and attending the party. I had some doubts, but am super excited now.

Merida meets in the same location both during the day and at the party, Fairytale Garden. With the exception of short breaks, Merida will be there between 3:45pm and 6:40pm. Her line averages 20-30 minutes.
