That said I'll be there with DH, arrive 12/15 til 12/20, staying at WL! The 16th MVMCP will be our 31st anniversary! Attended last year and fell in love with WDW at Xmas! We go in summer with family and inlaws, but XMAS is for us!! Hope to see those lime green ribbons! I have our tickets and reservations at LTT for the 16th!!

This will be the 2nd MVMCP for us on this trip. We are also going on the 9th.

Friends decided to join us for a few days and wanted to do something special so I suggested it and they went for it.

Hubby & I will be there. Our tickets along with our resort confirmation (OLCC)was in todays mail.YIPPEE!!!This will be our first time for Mickey's Christmas Party. We were there last year for New Years Eve and had dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Had a wonderful time.

This year we are trying to decide on which restaurant package for the Epcot Christmas Special. I called to see what was available but was told that they will not have that information until 60 days out from the start of the venue. So I have calendar marked to call back then. Anyone else know anything about this.

Hubby & I got a cancellation at LTT for 5:30 I'll be looking for those green ribbons. I can hardly believe it, Character Dinner @ LTT and Mickeys Christmas Party on the same day. It had to be the Pixie Dust & good wishes of all the Dis Family.

Does anyone have any info on where, what & times shows/parades will be?

I'm curious though, how are you all getting PS's for that night?? I've called twice and once they told they weren't making PS's for that date yet, and once they transfered me to group dining, who then transfered me back - and then I got told the restaurants were closed. Am I not calling the right number? I'm calling (407) WDW-DINE.

I'm so sorry your having problems getting your PS's booked. I called 407-939-3463 which is the Disney Dining Telephone number. I called on 8/10/03 @ 5:05 PM and spoke with a young man named James who had two time slots available for the date & restaurant that I wanted. I explained that I needed PS for the Liberty Tree Tavern for 5PM ish and that we wanted to have dinner prior to the Party starting at 7PM. He offered me 5:15 or 5:30 PM and we took the 5:30 slot. I was surprised that he did not need a credit card to hold the PS but he gave me a confirmation #. He said that we would need our Park Passes & Party tickets along with our confirmation number when we get to the restaurant.

Which restaurant are you trying to get PS for and how many people? Maybe they are booked and you might be able to get a cancellation by calling back several times. The first time I called the LTT was booked for the 16th and they suggested I try back 90 to 60 days out to see if there had been any cancellations. I waited for a couple of days & tried again and got lucky.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you. But do keep trying you just never know when you will get a break and what you want will be there. Do you have your Party Tickets yet? That was the first thing he asked me. So I don't know if they are limiting PS's to people who have already purchased Party tickets or not.

Thanks for the help, zuzanne. I called back this evening and was able to get a PS at LTT for 5:05. A bit earlier than I wanted, but I'm not complaining! I'm just excited to be doing the character dinner and the party all in the same night - what a fun evening we're going to have!

I'm so glad it worked out for you. I think it has to be the Pixie Dust that this board is sprinkled with. 5:05 is really not to bad as you may have to wait for a few minutes for your table and then you can relax and enjoy your meal with the characters. By the time you finish eating and get to where ever they say we need to be, it should be close to 7PM and time for the party to start.

Do you have your Mouse Heads? If not and you want them, let me know I have a couple of extra ones I would be happy to send you. Just email me privately on where you want them sent. Its going to to be so much fun.

Be sure to have a pen & something for the characters to autogragh & have your camera ready to take their pictures. There are so cute. I got photo of Minnie kissing Hubby on the cheek last New Years Eve. He loved it.

Got the tics for MVMCP a couple of weeks ago...didn't know I could get ps's at the time....so had to wait till the 90 day mark this morning. Had my cellphone programmed with voice dial. Called 3 times...finally got thru and sat on hold for 10 mins. Got the LTT I wanted!!!!

This is a very special trip for me and my family...I got tears in my eyes when I found out I got em!!!!
