I did check the date....didn't even think too until I read the post about the wrong date.


It's a secret for my kids ....... they don't even know Disney has a Christmas Party! Shhhhhhh........................

Me, too! We're going in three weeks and so they know I'm counting the days, but they're totally clueless about December.

This will be our first one, too, and we're also going on 12/20. My DD ordered the tickets last Monday. I won't actually get to see them when they arrive, because she lives in Maryland, but I'm excited that we're going!
(Don't you love the way our cheerleaders are so coordinated?!? They must practice a lot in order to be so in synch.)

I just wish I could keep it a secret!!! My kids know we are going. Would it be horrible to tell them we can't go. And them suprise them!!! This is our first Christmas party, we have done the MNSSHP several time and loved that. But Christmas is my fav holiday!!

For some reason I thought MVMCP started at 6pm. So I made reservations at the LTT at 5:00. But now I see that it starts at 7pm. We'll be done with dinner at 6pm. Willl we have to go to Tomorrowland to wait until 7pm?

Probably, we did last year for MNSSHP, but there was a photo station there, so we got our picture done while we were waiting to kill some time. It wasn't too bad!

Just have to add after much debate....we ordered our Dec 20th tickets!
I was making a ressie for July week at CBR/WL and asked if I could book the MVMCP tickets as well. NO PROBLEM, CM said. I got 6 adults and 2 children, that was just the maximum tickets he could book for me. I also got a PS for LTT at 5:20pm for a party of 8 (two tables). As long as we are near each other at the restaurant than no biggie on two tables. The next available table of 8 was at 7:15pm! Ouch! No way! I am so excited to be going to MVMCP with my family this year! I am so happy that they have the Dec 20th on the party dates this year or we would have missed it! YIPPEE!

I just got my MVMCP tickets today and thanks to the DIS, first thing I did was check the dates on the back. Sure enough, mine was for the requested Dec. 8 date, DS8's ticket was for Dec. 9. I called the # on bottom of letter which came with ticket and CM said to send back the child's ticket and they'd issue one for the correct date.

Glad I found that out now instead of when I got there! Seems this date mixup happens quite regularly with the event tickets, so for anyone who has MNSSHP tickets, better check your dates, too.

I got ordered tickets on thursday for my party of 4 for the 20th of december, but made reservations at LTT for 12 and got the 6:40 seating, everything else was already booked up. I was told the same thing, that we would be in groups of 8 and 4 and sitting close together, The CM old us to ask when you check-in and maybe they could sit us together.

I ordered my Tickets for December 6th- not sure when they will get to me, but I am sooo excited! I can't wait to "celebrate" Sounds like a great way to start off the Christmas season to me. DH, DD, DS, my mom & Dad and DH mom and dad will also be with us- big group!
