Just a tip - we are going to AK the morning of the party. Last time we were finished there by 2pm and it's a fairly leisurely park to visit. We will head back to AKL and take a rest before heading to MK for our PS at 5:15 (LTT of course). Gosh, that's a lot of abbreviations

Reading all these posts about MVMCP has got me very excited about going! But can those of us without APs get our tickets this early as well? Do I call the generic 407WDISNEY number or is there a special one? I asked about the tickets when I reserved the room last week, but the CM said that the dates had not even been released yet. I know you guys have all the answers, so I figured I would just yell for help and one of you kind people would rush to my assistance! By the way, we will be (hopefully) at the party on Dec.6. It would be a hoot to run into some of you!!

Yes, you can buy your tickets now. I called the generic number and push 1,when prompted.

I was undecided about whether or not to go to the party too. After reading this thread, we're going December 8th!

Got ours! We're going on the fourth and have LTT at 5:45. Maybe we'll finally get to meet some of you....sound like there will be a million of us there.

I can't believe I forgot to order my tickets! I called yesterday and got them for 11/29, and made reservations for LTT. I was thinking of going to Crystal Palace though instead, but for that do I just need to wait til the 90 days out to make, say a 5pm reservation? I know the CM I talked to yesterday said it wasn't open during the party, but thats fine, we want to eat around 5pm anyway. Thanks! Anyone else going that day? This is our first time going to MVMCP and I'm not sure how long we'll be able to stay w/our DDs being 4yo and 1.5yo at the time. But, we have it planned!

Being a newbie I was wondering if anyone could offer any tips on strategy. My best friend and I will be there for the Friday night 12/16 party. We are going to try and have dinner ressies for around 5:45 pm. We are very familiar with the park just not with the party and what goes on. Thanks for any advice! We are so excited!

We've invited my mom to join us on our Dec trip, but she won't know if she can go til maybe end of May/early June. I already bought MVMCP tickets for my family, but was waiting on hers. Do you think I should be worried about Tue, Dec 13 selling out? It is an AP discount day. I wonder if a CM knows when a particular date is filling up-- and if they'd share that info.

Got our tickets for MVMCP on Monday! We will be there on Thur Dec 8 and PS at LTT that night! I am so excited since this is our first trip at Christmas time to Disney and we will be celebrating my little guy's 5th birthday all week!

Me, Me, we'll be there. I too was thinking of going Crystal Palace but got sucked in with the group going to LTT. I've never been there.

We will be on the 11/29th party with my DS 5 and DD 2 (and my sister who will be 15). We won't make it much after 9pm that night I'm sure. We are doing AK that day because we are usually done there by 2pm and then we can just hang at the hotel until dinner/party time.

It's our first party too so we are quite excited.

No. You can enter the party with just your party tickets.

Does anyone know if you actually have to have your AP when you can to order the AP discounted tickets? We are getting our new APs when we are at DW in July but with how good the AP discount rate is I wanted to order ours soon.

As I understand it, you not only don't need your AP when you order, it doesn't even help to have it! What you DO have to do is pick up your tickets at MK and show your valid AP at that time.

I'm not sure if you can pick them up in advance or have to pick them up on your MVMCP date. I'm sure someone else can answer that.

I was faced with paying full price on Tue Dec 6 (my first choice anyway) or the AP discount on Sun Dec 4. I chose Dec 6 because
-- I was not interested in standing in line with hundreds of others to show our APs and get our tickets.
-- Tuesdays tend to be less crowded than Sundays, and the AP discount can only widen the gap.

HI. I just ordered our five tix for 12/4. Ours will be at willcall but I can get them at any time during our trip, not just on that Sunday.

This will be our first MVMCP and I am very excited! Is there some place that tells me what time this starts, and when I should really be in the park? What does Len recommend, anyone know?
