Mickey's Trick or Treat Party Questions

My sister is thinking about taking her kids to the party and since I have never gone, we have a few questions.
Are all the rides still opened during the party?
Is there one specific area that participates in the party or is it spread around?
Is it too scary for a 1 & 3 yr old?

Any other info or personal opinions would be helpful. Thanks!

A majority of the rides will be open for the party. I know they don't run GRR. The whole park is used for the party. They have stages set up with bands in all different parts of the park with characters having "dance parties". FUN! They also have trick or treat stations set up all over (they give you a map to show where).

I don't think any of it is particularly scary. Young kids would be fine.

This year WILL be a little different because of all the constuction going on. Mickey treat candy stations will be moved and etc.

however, its super fun, and make sure the adults wear costume because being a mom or dad IS NOT A COSTUME... I will draw whiskers on your face if you dont with a permanent marker!!!
