Hello all!! Sorry I've been out of touch but am in Montreal right now after getting of HAL Maasdam on Saturday. Had a great trip with lots of nice touring. Michele-miss our beach time. 1/2 hour of beach time on this trip. Reading about boarding time and wanted to let you know a nice thing about HAL. Boarding started at 11 am and you can be in your stateroom by...11:30!!!! It was great to get on early and drop our stuff off right away.

Wishing we could join you on the Dream. I am looking forward to those great reports. We will be in Michigan visiting family when you are on the Dream...jealous!!!!

Back from Baltimore- had such a great time visiting friends. Took the kids to Washington DC, spent alot of time working on my much needed pre-cruise tan!
tomorrow is back to work

Need to find a nice thank you gift basket to send to our friends...anyone know of a good website you may have used in the past? Was thinking maybe wine?

Glad you had a safe trip. I have sent fruit in bloom baskets before which are cut fruits arranged like flowers

Good idea-- can't go wrong with fruit...was going to send a wine basket but I guess you can' send wine to Maryland...against thier state law! I guess I won't be living there!

are you able to request a dining room server from a particular country? DH is hungarian and does speak a bit of the language- thought it may be nice to have a Hungarian server....would I call DCL now and request?

You can call the number that is on the website. Talk to an booking agent and put in a request. You can also go to the D lounge when boarding and make your request

Today I did a price check on my next year's Fantasy cruise and discovered that the price has increased by $2,600.00

Boy am I glad that I booked early. It is no wonder why last minute cruisers think DCL is so high.

It is terrible how high they raise the prices....it is making it hard for me to choose what cruise (if any) to book while onboard. I know it will be a dummy cruise,as I don't think we are going to cruise next year....
I hope to take advantage of a kids sail free offer again...that is a great deal when you have 3 kids.

Suggesting... families try social media sites, buy tickets online or check the theme park's own website for deals.

Anyone able to find a deal to save a few bucks this summer?

We still have days on our non-expiration date tickets so we are good for now since we only have three full days in Orlando before the cruise

We got our tickets from a recommended vender of mousesavers at a good discount

employees of the State get discounted tix to universal and I think disney....when we did universal, I think we got a 3 day hopper for a little over a hundred each...

Hmmm... I didn't notice either. Anyone get an upgrade? Our excursions were listed, but one was wrong. Will be a quick fix.
