Whooo Hooo to double digits!!:cool1:  :yay: :woohoo:

Also this is the last week of school for my kids.

We are almost done with the mulching. Next weekend we go to Universal.

I can't wait, Tuesday is my son's last day to get up for school. Every morning I go to the Y, I have to wake him before I can leave. And I wake him and wake him and WAKE HIM!!!

He is so grumpy (what do you expect at 17, lol). My daughter moved back home from college Thursday night, so now we have a full house again. At least with summer coming, the kids are here to help me a little!

Well I better go get my shower and get ready for church. Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!

Good afternoon everyone! I hope everyone has been having a grand weekend! We had soooooooooooo much fun at AK! Whispering Canyon was good for dinner. I took Hayley's advice and had the smoore's cheese cake. I'm here to tell everyone that you can trust Hayley's opinions. hehe It was VERY good. They took Chase into the front of the dining room and had him lead everyone in the hokey pokey before having the whole resturant sing him Happy Birthday. Than when we checked into Pop Century, they got on a megaphone and had they entire lobby sing Happy Birthday to Chase. This was Chase's first trip to Animal Kingdom. He LOVED Dinosaur but got scared when Timone told him he did a great job in the show (He and Chris got picked to dance around). Go figure. :confused3 At Dinosaur, the staff had Goofy call Chase on the phone and wish him a Happy Birthday. He thought that was great and now Goofy is his favorite character. This was our first trip with Pal Mickey and he was awesome to have around! Definitly worth the money! After dinner at Chef Mickey's, we did a lap on the monorail. The boys got to ride up front with the driver and the driver actually took the time to have Chris stand next to him so he could show him how you drive the monorail. I know you all don't know Chris but he can "what if" you to death! He "what if'd" the poor driver the whole time and the guy was SO patient and really took quality time with Chris. It was great. The other awesome thing was that we saw the space shuttle lift off from the Hambre bridge. That was an awesome experience! The bridge was packed to watch and everyone cheered when they saw the shuttle and then as the shuttle left the atmosphere everyone clapped. This is my sincerely condensed version of our trip. I don't have any pictures to share right now. I dropped my cell phone at Wilderness Lodge and broke the camera. So, I'll post a couple when I get my good all 35mm devloped and ask them to put it on a disk for me. Well.....I've got lots of laundry and a nap to sneak in so I'll catch up with all of you again later. :)
Corinna, I still have my fingers crossed for you.......Hayley, awesome job w/photo shop......Cappy, welcome back........Monica, good luck at the garage sale.....and Patricia.....mustache (although I"m partial to a goatee hehe)

Welcome back Dawn! Glad you enjoyed yourselves and Chase had a wonderful birthday! And I'm also glad you liked the Smores Cheesecake....mmmm I would love a slice of that right now! I can't wait until August!

Hope you don't mind, but I needed a couple of new names to practice the Photoshop with!

Welcome back and I'm glad you all had a blast. My DS(8) can be non stop talker too. :) And any cheesecake is a friend of mine. My fav!

I did end up buying a FE on ebay. I found one that was pretty cheap. I may still buy a plain one and add stuff to it but, at least now I know I have one on standby. I also bought a dry erase board for the door. Now I have to start working on my door magnets. I was joking with DH that we should make a magnet for our car that says "the kids in this car don't know that they are on their way to a disney cruise" I can not wait to see their faces when we pull up to the port terminal!!

Hayley, that is SOOOOO awesome! I love it! I showed it to the boys and they had grins on their faces from ear to ear.

Mary, that would be hysterical to have a magnet on your car like that. Maybe one of these days I'll get my printer fixed and I can make some of my own.

Oh my goodness, that would be so funny!!!!

Are you going to make magnets out of those or tags?

25 years and you are still willing to marry all over again huh? :) That is fantastic. Do you have any words of marrital(sp?) wisdom to share?

Mary,

I am planning on making magnets out of those and if anyone wants one, just pm Tom and he makes them all the time.

As for wisdom, 25 years??? Well, I came from a long line of divorce and was determined to not keep that going. We have had our rough moments (we married at 21 and 19). We had our first child 13 months later, so we didn't have a lot of 'us' time in the beginning, but now, our children are grown (for the most part) and now we have some 'us' time! It hasnt' always been a bed of roses (of course) but I think we love each other more now! We've been through some very rough times and had each other to keep the other strong. We have a strong faith in the Lord and try to keep him at the center of our marriage. Ok, I've rambled enough, sorry. As you can see though, I am very much in love with my hubby and that is why after 25 years, I am going to 'marry' him all over again!

For those that are making door magnets, a suggestion is if you are not putting your name on them (personalizing them some way) to at least put your disname on them. Seems some 'kids' play with them, moving them to another door, or in some cases taking them complete. I dont' want to do that work to have someone else 'enjoy' my sign (unless I made it for them, lol). So I think ours will be personalized in some way.

I love the personalised name things Patricia!! Those are awesome! I have a long way to go on Photoshop before I can do anything like that!

Also good advice on putting your name on the magnets! I'll definitely do that!
