I think Penny is right about Fantasmic,I'm sure I've seen a photo of the steamboat willie ship with characters on it.
It happens near the end of the show.Does anyone know for certain,I'm curious now.

Chinese Mickey in Epcot.

Not that I have seen him dressed like that in the flesh - but I am sure I have seen it on a Planning video.

I think Mickey is on the boat at the end of Fantasmic.
