Mickey's Not So Scary...please help

we visit WDW at least twice a year from PA - but have never, EVER been to the Halloween Not So Scary (or the Food and Wine).
We tentatively have scheduled a DVC room fro Oct. 5-8, leaving Oct. 9th.
Is there ANY chance the Halloween Not So Scary will take place that early in the month? When do they release the dates. I am hoping so, since we will be taking our son out of high school for two days, and the last day being Columbus Day vacation for him.

Last year, my family went around the 16th and we attended MNSSHP. It is possible. You could look at the dates from last year to get some idea about what the dates will be this year. I believe they release the dates in April or May.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to attend one. They usually have them 3-4 times a week, almost always on Friday night and Sunday night. HOWEVER, keep in mind that you choose Colombus Day Weekend to go. One of the busiest times in October. Last year only a couple of MNSSHP nights sold out. Of course 10/31 being one, but the friday before Colombus Day weekend sold out! So when they do release the dates, not hesitate to buy those tickets.

First, greetings from Allentown and a Kutztown U graduate!

Here are the dates of MNSSHP from 2005.

Sept. 30, Oct. 2, 6, 7, 11, 13, 16, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31, 2005

The dates for 2006 would be pretty close to those. I am sure someone on this list will post the date that the tickets become available.

We are going to WDW for F&W fest on 10/1 thru 10/5.
