.... who has been and is it worth the $$? We are going to be there in October and I was wondering if we should spring for the $115 to go to this or not. My kids are 13 and 6. Opinions please!

We are going to MNSSHP on the 26th and 31st October. From all the info on the boards it looks fab!! I can't wait!!!

Yes, I think it is. You get 5 hours of the MK at night (the best time, IMO) during a time of year with short hours - that alone is just about worth it. Add in the shortened lines, fantastic theming, cool costumes and Halloween atmosphere - how can you go wrong?

We went last year and it was very worth every penny. It's alot of fun and like the Previous poster said at a time when hours are shortened it really helps.

Words of wisdom I got from some else here..... Dress Up!!!!!! It is even more fun if you get into it! Makes for great memories and a great picture too.

Can't say for kids but as two adults (both of whom dressed up), we LOVED it! I think it was the most fun I've ever had at the Magic Kingdom.

I am planning a family trip (about 20 of us) for MNSSHP in 2004. From all I've read it's a blast. We are going to choose a movie as our theme. Right now it's Peter Pan because there's a few main characters and the rest of us will be Lost Boys and/or pirates. Can't wait!!!

It's like an E-Night but with Costumes and CANDY!!

We were there last year, and we LOVED it - (a bunch of 25-29 year olds)... and watching the little kids that were there - they were in HEAVEN - they all loved it.


We're doing it again this October! Great photo ops with the characters in costume. Love it.
