Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Can anyone tell me anything about two additions for this year's festivities: where is the "Villians Mix and Mingle" held?, and what is "Merlin's School of Wizardy?

We were there on 9/15. The Villians Mix and Mingle is singing and dancing on the castle forecourt stage. Where Cinderellabration is normally held. When it's over, the villians come down to ground level in front of the stage for pictures and autographs.

Sorry, I don't know where Merlins thing is. I didn't see if listed on our party map and no one mentioned it. The only reason I've heard about it was reading something about it here on the Dis.

It was lots of fun, even in the rain!

How were the crowds? Is there a maximum number of tickets sold, and if so what is it? We are going Friday and just got tix.

We were on Dumbo at about 5 till 7 at the 9-22 party, and all of the villians came out for a meet and greet. Right there around Dumbo... Cruella, Maleficent, evil queen, jafar, queen of hearts, etc. Then they all headed back to where the dance party was being held in front on Ariels grotto. They were dancing with the kids and the other characters. It was fun!

We did the Halloween party on 9/22 as well (phew it was crowded!) The villians mix and mingle was one of our favorite things... It was a stage show and then after you got to have your pictures taken with the villians. Cruella, Maleficent, Jafar, Frollo, Queen of Hearts, and the Queen from Snow White. It was fun. The Merlin show we walked past and it looked like it was just that, a magic show. It was held where Belle does her story telling during the day.
