Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

We have never been to either of these special events and wondered if anyone has been to one and if it was worth the money? Which would you choose and why?

There will be 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 8

i've only been to the christmas party, so i can't tell you which is better.

I'll finally be at the halloween party this year (i already have our tickets).

i very much enjoyed the christmas party, but i've heard that the halloween party is much more worth the extra money (trick or treating, lots of characters, etc.)
so probably that's the only you should go for - the halloween party

We are doing both as I can't see how we would ever be able to go at this time of year again. I think I will enjoy MNSSHP more.

we have been to both and all of us slightly preferred the Halloween Party seemed more to it, However it was chucking it down when we went to the Christmas one so could have tainted our view. Hope you enjoy which ever one you decide

I've been to both and, if it were up to me, I would choose the Halloween party.

The Christmas party was nice and I cannot say anything bad about it. But it didn't seem to be as special as the Halloween party was. The Halloween party had a stronger holiday feel. Overall, I found the Halloween party to be more interesting and more fun.

yes we have been to both as well and we preferred the halloween party. The christmas one is lovely as well but for kids and big kids the halloween party is great because you come away with a suitcase full of sweets. I know thats not something you should base it on but the kids in our party thought is was wonderful. Love the halloween parade more as well. The headless horseman riding down man street is fun. The fireworks are completely different as well.

Another vote for the Halloween Party here.

The parade is probably the best one they do, the fireworks show hosted by the 'Ghost Host' is excellent, people dressed up, trick or treating... All in all the best hard ticket event they do.

That's not to say the Christmas party isn't good, just not as good.

Of course another option is to plan your trip to go to both. If you time it right you can catch the last Halloween party and first Christmas one.

We've been to both and hands down our favourite would be MNSSHP. We've tried MVMCP twice and while we all really love the parks at Christmas we didn't particularly enjoy this. In fact we only went the second time because we felt like we must've missed something the first time round as everyone was saying how good it is! Although to be fair I did enjoy the fireworks at MVMCP!

I've been to both and I think I would also vote for MNSSHP if you could only do one.
I like both however, there's something so magical about having everyone in costume (characters and guests!!) at Halloween which makes it quite special!

The fireworks are amazing and I agree the parade is the best at MK!!
