According to the DIS home page (www.wdwinfo.com), there are also parties on Sept 15th and 22nd, although I don't know if these are official listings yet.

It looks like I might be planning a trip during free dining, so I hope the 9/15 or 9/22 dates are true as that night be when I go!

Can you beleive that I haven't even purchased my tickets yet and my costumes are pretty much ready?

Fairly simple costumes but they are costumes! I am getting so excited about this....my kids think I am crazy but I'm still pretty excited!

Interesting. Those nights are currently scheduled with Wishes and 9:00/8:00 closings. September hours have been out for quite some time now. Disney has made changes to the park hours in the past, quite often actually, but changing them to 6:00 closings with a MNSSHP would be pretty drastic. I agree it would be nice for those going in late September for free dining to get a chance to attend a party though.

It's really hard for me to believe those early dates of Sept 15th and 22nd are accurate.

Early dates (before Thanksgiving) are cirulating for MVMCP as well and I just can't believe they'd add so many parties so early on. Either its the mighty $$ at work or its a mistake. Last year, before the dates were officially released by Disney, some dates that were going around on various Disney message boards were incorrect.

I'm sure we'll know soon though, probably by the end of this month.
