Hello there-

Can someone tell me if we will need to use a "day" ticket for the Halloween party, as well as one purchased just for the event? I am scouring for information & know that someone here will know! We are heading to Disney the 2nd week of October, & have found that the 10th & 12th are "Mickey halloween" nights. The kids are excited to go, costumes & all. We are planning on buying a hopper pass & haven't decided on the # of days yet--this will help w/ my planning.

Also, does anyone have any thoughts on costumes?? Does everyone dress up "Disney", or other things?

Thank you so much!!!

You only need the MNSSHP ticket to enter that night - party starts at 7.
Two years ago we went during the day and used our hoppers and then same night with party ticket. This year we have decided to make it an "poff" day then go to the party at night from 7-10.

Costumes are a must... I know there was a thread a few days ago on this
Have fun

Past practice has been that after 4pm they will let you into MK with the MNSSHP ticket. You do not have to use your regular park ticket unless you plan to go to the park earlier that day. I've had an AP for a number of years now so it isn't an issue for me. If you are trying to save your regular ticket days you should plan to spend the early part of the day at Downtown Disney or use one of the options if you have the Plus options or whatever they call them this year. Or you could visit some of the resorts during the dayor hang out by the pool, weather permitting.
