mickeys magical party...anyone know when it starts?

does anyone know what date mickeys magical party begins?
have seen 3 different dates so far...3rd april, 4th april and 28th march??

Everything so far (webistes, brochures, travel agents etc) says April 2009

However, on the park maps for the Studio's it says that Playhouse Disney Live! starts as of the 3rd April 2008.

There is a rumor that the actual opening date for Playhouse Disney Live! is the 28th March.

Playhouse Disney Live! is one of the main offerings of Mickey's Magical Party. DLRP don't seem to have officially announced anything yet and until they do I guess we just go off of the first week in April 2009,

I think after 2nd April is a more likely date, as from 3rd onwards its the start of another price/brochure season. The DLRP year does seem to being in early April each year (15th anniversary was from beginning of April 2007 etc).

The prices for packages are very very tempting to me for March, but I'm not giving in, as I've already been once when there were no celebrations going on, I've seen the 15th anniversary stuff 4 times already, and I can't see us being able to go more than once next year. I'd rather wait until Mickeys Birthday Party is up and running, and see all the new things the parks have organised for that.

was hoping to go in march...prices are great, no school hols etc... but want to see something new so may have to rethink. dd is mad on playhouse disney so would be a real shame if we went before that was open.
trouble is my shareholders card came this morn and i'm desperate to book something!!!! is it wrong that i'm so excited over a little plastic card????
