Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade

Why is this parade starting so late? (4pm) The park closes at 6 the week we're there. When we were at AK in December the parade was at 3pm. Why the change?

I'm pretty sure the parade has always been at 4:00. On my trip in December (first week) I saw it at 4:00.
