Okay...I'm taking the plunge.. ..and am determined that we will extend our stay a few more days and go to the MVMCP on the 13th and then go and see the Osbourne Lights on the night of the 14th. What is the best way to purchase our tickets? I didn't see anything in the Mousesaver this month...so should I just go through the Disney site? I have an AP...is there a discount? I see on the site that there is a reduced ticket price for advance purchase...I need some direction.....will they mail me my tickets, or do I pick them up? We start our vacation on October 28th...so I'll have time to pick them up if I need to. Do you think this Granny of 12 and her Poppy will enjoy it? I've been wanting to see Disney at Christmas for at least 20 years!!! Now's my chance!!!! I'm so excited.. .I'm so afraid that they'll be all sold out..thanks for any help you can give me..Barb in Texas

yes, there's the advance purchase price discount for all nights but Fridays and the last 3 parties.

You can either call the regular Disney number and order them, you can buy them online at the Disney website or you can buy them once you're down there.

If you buy them from home, they charge $3. shipping.

Usually only the Fridays or last couple of parties sell out.

Yes, I think you should go. It's great fun!

I believe that if you buy with your AP discount, though, that you must wait and pick up the tickets to show them your AP to prove you qualify for the discount. You can order them now if you are afraid they'll sell out (I doubt they will though) and you can just pick them up.

We'll be there on teh 13th as well. I ordered our tickets from the Disney site and was given a discount due to the advance purchase. This is our first MVMCP, so I can't wait to go!

thank you...you sure know your way around.....okay I just tried to go and purchase our tickets...but I can't find out where on the site to buy them. All I find is the information.... .(it's me...I'm not very computer savy) ...help!!!!

Ticket purchases

I'm not sure if you can buy them there and get the AP discount though. I think you 'might' have to go the AP website and buy them. Not 100% sure though.

I know you can get the Advance Purchase price though.
