I know reservations will be hard to get, but hoe late is BOG open on a MVMCP night?

IIRC, BOG was open quite late on the party nights. I think that if you have a ticket you might want to think about how much time you want to spend away from eh party. If you do nto have a ticket, you need to pay careful attention the cut off In order to be seated.

On party nights BOG had two different dinner periods last year.

If you didn't have tickets to the party last year the dinner reservation cut off was at 6:15.

There was a second time frame for dinner reservations for those with tickets to the party of 6:20-10:00, although many would not recommend using valuable party time to dine at a TS restaurant.
