Mickeys Bbq Directions

WE ARE STAYING AT CBR AND HAVE A RENTAL CAR. I THINK I READ THE BEST WAY TO THE BBQ IS TO DRIVE/PARK AT RIVER COUNTRY AND WALK THE SHORT DISTANCE TO FORT WILDERNESS WHERE THE BBQ IS LOCATED. IS THIS CORRECT?? WILL I BE ABLE TO GET THE CAR OUT OF THE LOT SINCE RIVER COUNTRY CLOSES AT 6 AND THE BBQ WONT BE OVER UNTIL AROUND 9PM.. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I believe that with river country not being open that you can not park there.

Well... I don't know how River Country could be open till 6... it's been permanently closed for the past few years.

You'll be parking at the Fort Wilderness main parking lot... it was formerly "Gateway Parking"... but now it's called the Outpost Depot. Board the bus marked SETTLEMENT ORANGE and tell the driver where you're going. They'll drop you off at the BBQ. To get back, look for a bus marked OUTPOST ORANGE.
