Mickey's Backyard BBQ

Has anyone been to Mickey's Backyard BBQ? We have PS in a couple of weeks and wondered if it was worth the money. We have a 13yr. old son and a 2 1/2 year old son. Any reviews would be great!

We did the back yard BBQ 2 years ago my kids at the time 7 and 4 ahd a great timeand 13 year old neice also had a great time. The food is very good and it all you can eat. I would reccomned it. If you are doing it to meet charaters though there are much better character meals where you can get autographs rather then here.

Not to turn you away from it...but I just cancelled out on my Sept ressie for the backyard BBQ due to the mosquitoes being really back since it's 100% all out doors. Just ask around and see what everyone else has to say about the bugs and stuff.

I have friends who went to it the first week of May. They have a DD5, & twins DS2 & DD2. They said it is A MUST that we go. We are trying to figure out a way to go to it ourselves, but our schedule may not allow. They went for 7 nights, & they chose to do it during the middle of their trip. They said it was very relaxing for the adults because the kids were entertained the whole time. I think I remember reading that it is AYCTE BBQ and drinks (wine & beer). Someone correct me if I am wrong. Hope this helps!

We went March 2003, character interaction is very good if you like to dance Ho Down style......If you like the old backyard country style dancing then you will have the characters around you every where. Food was good, once again it was all you can eat. It is picnic type food...Burgers, hot dogs, ribs, bar-b-que, potato salad, slaw, and all the trimmings, tea, soda, etc. Hope this helps.
