Mickey's Backyard BBQ ?

In all of the tips i've read about Mickey's Backyard BBQ most people say to get there early. We are going a week from today (Thursday, 9/16) . We have a group of 12 going. What time do you suggest we get there to get a good seat. I guess they start seating at 6. Is there a line to wait in prior to 6:00? One person in our party is a wheelchair, if that makes any difference.

I know we will need to take two busses to get there since we are staying at Beach Club Villas... What time should we leave?

You may have more luck on the transportation board with this.

If Mickey's Backyard BBQ (I haven't been in years), is near Hoop Dee Doo, then it may be easier to take the bus to MK and take the boat to FW. That may take less transportation time.

If I recall correctly, you are seated at large picnic tables, so I would think there would be a separate handicapped seating area. So getting there early may not be necessary.

I don't think the action is easily viewable from your table, I think you have to leave your seat to see. I'm not sure what advantage arriving super early has. There may be some seats closer to the stage.
